Konnayil Residency is situated in the heart of Pathanapuram Town, near Panchayath office and opposite to St. Stephen's school ground. It is most convenient location for residents. It was built following Japanese cleanliness and hygenic standards, where toilets and bath rooms are in separate isolated units. This is a rare luxury in Kerala and India. Both ground floor and first floor have its own living spaces which allows privacy from guests and visitors.

Every corner of our residence is imbued with the spirit of the Konna tree. We chose the name because the Konna blooms fiercely and unapologetically in the sweltering heat. We believe our residents share that same resilience and grace.
