Frequently Asked Questions

Interested clients visit residency.konnayil.in and register an account with us. Navigate through the "Explore Rooms" section and reserve a room for private use or for shared use for the period you desire.

Our representative will contact the registered client for a site visit and contract signing. Once the contract is signed, the client can use the room from the period requested.

Please note the following conditions:

• Minimum usage period: 6 months — Maximum: 11 months

• Renewals should be reserved through our website well in advance. If not done in advance, other potential clients may take up the room through reservation.

We do not provide any food service. We have a large kitchen and utensils for clients to make their own food.

All utility bills will be shared among all tenants equally.

Smoking or consumption of alcohol is not allowed in the house or within our compound.

Subletting or allowing non-listed individuals to reside on our premises is not permitted without the owner's explicit and written consent.
